Cancellation policy

We are flexible and understanding when it comes to unexpected travel issues. If your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate any modifications to your booking — including rescheduling your services, based on availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance (local time) prior to the scheduled start of the service. After this deadline, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Changes or modifications

Requests to modify the itinerary are accepted at least 48 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.

Courtesy waiting time

Please note that our service includes a complimentary waiting time of up to 1 hour from the scheduled pickup time. After this grace period, an additional waiting fee of €50.00 per hour will apply.

Extra time policy

If you require the car service beyond the originally planned schedule or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

The cost for additional time is as follows:
- €50.00 per extra hour (up to 2 passengers)
- €80.00 per extra hour (3 or more passengers)

Please let us know in advance if you anticipate any changes so we can plan accordingly.

Night service fee

A night fee of €50.00 applies to all services scheduled between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Payment options

It is possible to pay either the 50% deposit or the full amount, depending on your preference. Please note that the balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the service date.

Assistance on the day of service

For any emergencies or additional assistance, you can reach us via WhatsApp at +39 331 992 5971. Your assigned driver will be responsible for managing the tour schedule based on your needs and will stay in contact with you to coordinate the pick-up and drop-off smoothly.

Pets on board

Small pets (up to 8 kg) are allowed on board of our luxury vehicles. Pets need to travel in an appropriate transport cage, and for non-trained pets, a muzzle is required, which must be provided by the customer. In the event of any accident or if the pet soils the vehicle, a cleaning fee will be applied (€200)
